To withdraw your child from Strike Up The Band & Orchestra Continuo, please complete the form below and click SUBMIT. A copy of the form is sent to the Schmitt Music Strike Up The Band & Orchestra Continuo office and Credit Department. The Credit Dept. stops the billing process, and a confirmation of withdrawal is emailed to you, the band teacher and your school administrator.

Reminder: The withdrawal request must be received before the 10th of the month in order to be exempt from that month’s billing. If submitted after the 10th, you will be billed for the entire month.
