See and hear world instruments through audio clips and web videos, learn 18 native folk songs through customizable ensembles including singing, classroom instruments, Boomwhackers and body percussion.

Michelle SislerMichelle Sisler’s Bio:

When Michelle was little, she used to sit down at her toy piano and play songs, by ear, along with the jukebox. This was how her parents discovered her talent and love for music and enrolled her in piano lessons at the age of seven.

Michelle’s use of technology and creative teaching materials have gained her national recognition and a unique place at the forefront of music education. Along with teaching 50+ students per week, Michelle is the founder and Chief Manager of Keys to Imagination, LLC. She has presented sessions at The National Conference on Keyboard Pedagogy, Music Teachers National Association Conference, and various state conferences and local groups and has written technology articles for Keyboard Companion, Clavier, and American Music Teacher. Michelle’s graduate work in Instructional Design and teaching experience have helped her author Studio Makeover: Technology “Addition”®, Are We There There Yet? A Musical Journey Around the Globe®, A Walk on the Wild Side®, Road Trip: America the Beautiful®, and Double Click Curriculum®.

Michelle currently lives in Owatonna, MN with her husband, Kevin, and their twins, Brandon and Brianna. She enjoys scrapbooking and traveling.
