In-Store Music Lesson Teacher Opportunities at Schmitt Music

Schmitt Music is pleased to provide studio space in many of our store locations for talented, professional educators who teach approximately 3,000 students a week.

Lessons are offered in the following Schmitt Music locations:

Schmitt Music Bloomington
Schmitt Music Duluth – currently seeking an Orchestral Strings (cello) instructor and a weekend Guitar instructor
Schmitt Music Fargo – currently seeking Piano, Guitar and Orchestral Strings (cello) instructors
Schmitt Music Omaha – currently seeking Brass, Woodwind (clarinet, saxophone), Orchestral Strings (violin/viola/cello), Piano, Voice, and Ukulele instructors
Schmitt Music Rochester
Schmitt Music Sioux Falls – currently seeking a Saxophone instructor
Schmitt Music Virginia
Schmitt Music Woodbury – currently seeking Woodwind, Orchestral Strings (cello), Percussion, and Voice instructors

Schmitt Music is continually looking to partner with highly trained individuals who are eager to share the joys of music with students of all ages. In-store teachers are not employees; they enjoy an independent contractor status. What that means to you is that you’ll set your own rate, your own policies, and bring your own equipment (with the exception of pianos, drum kits, amplifiers, chairs and stands).
