Giveaway open to legal residents of the United States 18 years of age or older, except employees of Schmitt Music and their immediate family members. No purchase necessary. By entering, you grant Schmitt Music the right to contact you via telephone or electronically.
Entries are through online submission only; one entry per person; only correctly completed submissions qualify to win. Final winner randomly selected from qualifiers.
Winner agrees to release of liability and use of name, city, biographical data and likeness for promotional purposes prior to receiving the prize. Prize must be claimed within ninety (90) days.
Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. If prize has a total value of $600 or more, winner must provide a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number before prize will be awarded. A Form 1099 will be issued.
