The Boston GP-156 is the most compact grand piano in the Performance Edition II lineup, offering the design and construction of a Boston grand in a 5' 1½" cabinet. Its wide-tail design provides additional soundboard area for its size, helping create a balanced tone with clarity, depth, and sustain while fitting comfortably into smaller spaces.

The GP-156 features a Hard Rock Maple inner rim, tapered solid Sitka spruce soundboard, lower tension string scale, Steinway & Sons-designed hammers, all wooden action parts, and an Octagrip® pinblock. Available in Ebony Polish and Ebony Satin finishes.
