What is the Flute Gallery Guarantee?
What is the Flute Gallery Guarantee?
All new instruments come with a manufacturer warranty, in addition to our Flute Gallery Guarantee.
We at The Flute Gallery believe that all instruments should meet specific performance standards throughout the first year of purchase and proudly provide our One Year Flute Gallery Guarantee with every new instrument.
In addition to coverage provided under the manufacturer’s warranty, our Guarantee protects against any mechanical or adjustment issues that prevent the instrument from playing properly. This does not include damage due to mistreatment, accidental damage, or negligence. Qualifying repairs covered by the Guarantee are at the sole discretion of the Master Flute Technician, Katie Lowry. Any repairs made by outside parties and/or without the consent of our Master Flute Technician void this Guarantee.
The Guarantee expires one year after the date of purchase.
