My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Schmitt Music Store in Bloomington. Dr. Andy Fleser greeted us upon arrival and walked us through various pianos, explaining their differences in what felt like an incredibly helpful “Piano 101” session. We had spoken with him beforehand, so he knew what we were looking for. It was our first time shopping for a piano since 1988, and my 38-year-old Kimball had reached the end of its road. Andy was patient as I played different pianos and asked questions—his knowledge is vast! He gave us the freedom to choose while providing all the information and support we needed. By the time we left, we felt like family and made a purchase we’ll always treasure. The delivery team, Matt and Tim, were fantastic as well, carefully maneuvering the piano up tricky stairs with skill and care. They were a pleasure to work with and made the final part of the experience just as great.

10:30 this morning I purchased my 3rd keyboard from this company. The young man was fabulous and was not pushy.
I brought it home set it up and I have already been playing. I love the sound. I have always purchased a casio privia but today I branched out and bought a Roland fp30x.
The young man deserved a 5* and nothing less.

9/21, Matt helped me today. Not all my keys were working. Matt spent the time helping me on what to do. Finally we decided to go home unplug everything and start over. Everything is working now. Matt could have put me off but he didn't.
