The Greenhoe GB4 features a design based upon the finest mid to late 20th century orchestral large bore tenor trombones, utilizing the innovations developed by Gary Greenhoe and his team to create responsive and powerful instrument that retains subtlety.
The GB4 features an 8 ½” one-piece yellow or brass bell with a removable bell flare, an open-wrap F-attachment with the renowned Greenhoe valve and a .547" handslide with yellow brass outer tubes and wide nickel silver crook. The yellow brass/screw bell combination provides clarity, resonance, stability and projection while the handslide lends to a broad sound and balanced airflow with minimal effort.
