Trombotine!

I have an older horn with some slide damage and I've been using another slide cream, left in the case of the used horn I purchased. I had the slide repaired in June and it still wasn't operating as I would like, so I searched on Reddit r/Trombone to see what people were using and Trombotine was recommended for older horns.

Long story short I noticed an immediate improvement after the first application. I also noticed that the treatment seemed to last longer than the other stuff I was using. I just cleaned the slide and reapplied Trombotine and the scratchiness disappears and the slide is smooth. Highly recommended.
