Pre-Owned Besson BE165 Prodige Euphonium

Designed by Besson as an instrument to support growing euphonium players the BE165 euphonium features a .580" bore, a large shank mouthpiece receiver, 3+1 non-compensating valve configuration with stainless steel valves and a silver plated finish.

This BE165 is in excellent condition; outside of a small scratch on the bell and a small ding on the bottom bow the rest of the instrument is ding and dent free with very minor typical markings on the plated finish.  The valve action is fast and clean with a nice weight to the action.  The overall timbre and performance of this euphonium is nicely balanced, with an easy response that still has a bit of heft and a timbre that has depth but with projection and the ability to shimmer.  Comes with original Besson wheeled cordura-covered case and mouthpiece.
