We offer a controlled, safe environment for students and families attending music lessons. We are also able to help with any supplies or equipment that your teacher recommends. Since most Schmitt Music stores are open seven days a week, you can schedule a time that works best for your busy schedule.

Our Private Piano Lessons

At Schmitt Music, our studios are home to dozens of highly qualified piano teachers with decades of experience in music education. Each instructor offers private, one-on-one lessons tailored to the individual student. Most lessons are 30 minutes in length, though many teachers offer a variety of options to fit your needs. Lesson pricing is set by each teacher, with rates reflecting a combination of their education and experience.

Piano lessons typically cover a range of material, including foundational skills in music reading, theory, and technique, as well as working on repertoire for performance and recitals.

Piano lesson curriculum can incorporate a wide range of material including basic fundamentals in music reading, music theory, correct fingering and hand position as well as the more advanced techniques associated with learning additional repertoire for performance and recitals.
