Ordering Through the Director Portal Is Easy

You’ve signed up for the Director Portal, now it’s time to put it to work!

Not sure what happens when you place an order? The process is simple, and there’s no need to change the way you pay for your school or district.

1. Build Your Cart

Shop the Director Portal and add everything you need to your cart. You can take your time building your order and submit it whenever you’re ready.

2. Place Your Order

When you’re ready, submit your order through the Director Portal. No need to email the SDC or contact your Educational Representative to place the order. Your order will automatically be sent to the Schmitt Director Center (SDC) for review.

3. SDC will Review Your Order

The SDC will review your order, confirm availability and get it ready for processing. If there are any questions, adjustments needed or delays, the SDC will reach out to you.

4. Choose How You’d Like to Pay

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by the SDC, you can choose the payment or billing option that works best for your school:

  • Credit Card – Pay by credit card once your order has been approved.
  • Invoice – If your school does not require a purchase order, we can invoice your order directly.
  • School or District PO – Have your order added to your school or district account and provide your purchase order.
  • Hold for Billing – Need to wait for billing approval? We can hold your order until you're ready to proceed.
  • Hold for PO – If you need time to obtain a purchase order, we can hold your order while you get it.

Not sure which option your school uses? No problem! The SDC can help find the billing option that works best for you.
