The Yamaha YTR-9445NY-YS-BR III is a Custom Xeno New York Series C trumpet. It features the classic YS bell taper, a little broader and bolder than the YM, and a .462" large bore. The BR stands for brass; meaning that more of the instrument is made from brass as opposed to other materials like nickel silver. This yields increased tonal mass and response stability. It is a lacquered professional orchestral model supplied with a TR-17B4 mouthpiece and case.
