Strike Up The Marching Band!

Don’t just sit there… take your music to the streets this summer!

Strike Up The Marching Band is a fun 2-week camp at Schmitt Music Brooklyn Center where your students will learn the basics of non-competitive street marching, as well as new marching tunes! Learn to march with your instrument and most importantly, have fun performing in 4 great summer parades, including an event at the Minnesota State Fair!

2-Week Camp

At least 1 year of playing experience is required. Camp will be led by Strike Up The Band Directors as well as returning marching band members. Every day includes Marching Rehearsal, Music Rehearsal, Team Building and culminates in a Drill Down Contest. Uniform T-Shirts are included. Dress appropriately (Tennis Shoes).  Registration fee is reduced to $150 for each additional family member!
