Consignment King 3BPLS Medium Bore Tenor Trombone w/Sterling Silver Bell

The King 3B Plus has been a staple model for trombones players for years, offering the broadness and blow of a .525" bore with the responsiveness and projecting sound that King is renown for; the 3BPLS adds an 8" sterling silver bell which provides a balanced darkness and core to it's sound and amazing power and projection at upper dynamics.

This 3BPLS is like-new; outside of one tiny scratch on the tuning slide it is in perfect condition, played sparingly by it's last owner.  It has a wonderfully rich and complex sound and, while the sterling bell adds a bit of resistance to the response, when it is given more energized air it comes to life with a fantastic projection and stability at upper dynamics.

Sterling silver Kings are a bit of a rarity at the moment, 3BPL's even more so, and with new sterling bell production paused it may be a while before another King of this condition is available!  Comes with King carbon fiber case.
