MacPhail Musical Families Class
Join us at Schmitt Music Edina for the MacPhail Center for Music’s “Music for Families” class. This multi-age experience for families promotes music awareness and appreciation through the various integrated arts activities based on seasonal themes.
The lively class meets the varied needs of each child. Through the power of music children develop social skills, body control, increase attention spans, and an appreciation of music. Music for Families prepares your child for age specific music classes.
About Early Childhood Music at MacPhail
SING PLAY LEARN with MacPhail’s “Early Childhood Music” classes! Through hands-on experiences, young children build musical foundations that prepare them for future music learning and school readiness skills! MacPhail’s engaging and original “integrated arts” early childhood music curriculum, is taught by MacPhail-trained specialists and features songs, rhymes, stories, dance, instrument exploration and visual art creation.
