Schmitt Music’s 82nd annual gathering celebrating new music for educators and directors is coming this summer on Monday, August 12th through Sunday, August 18th. Plus, we’ll have special “Pre-EXPO” events on Sunday, August 11th!
Please save the dates and plan to join us for sheet music & book deals all week long, and special free workshops and performances! This year’s summer EXPO will feature events at Schmitt Music Edina including:
- Sunday, 8/11: “Pre-EXPO” workshop with Kristin Yost and Jennifer Eklund concert!
- Monday, 8/12: Sacred Choral events with Mark Cabaniss and Lloyd Larson, and Piano Pronto Day with Jennifer Eklund and the Composers Community
- Tuesday, 8/13: Alfred Music Day with E.L. Lancaster, Wynn-Anne Rossi, and Joyce Grill Plus, an exclusive Lorie Line concert for EXPO attendees only!
- Wednesday, 8/14: Willis Music & Hal Leonard Day with Glenda Austin, Mona Rejino, and Autumn Zander
- Saturday, 8/17: International Sheet Music Day at all Schmitt Music stores and across the globe!

Where is the sacred music clinic held? Hope it is at the Edina location. That is such a great venue for the workshop!

YES – all the new music workshops / events will take place in Edina. EXPO promotional offers / print music deals, however, will be available at other locations.
I am new to the area- is there a choral reading workshop on any of the days? Is there a charge to attend the expo? Thank you!
