BrassChix is an annual gathering of female brass players from high school, college and beyond, to play music, discuss ideas, and enjoy the camaraderie of playing a brass instrument. Join us for this special event featuring a Master Class and presentations focusing on playing brass instruments and brass equipment. Tuba, Euphonium, Trombone, Horn and Trumpet players of all ages and levels are welcome! Visit BrassChix.org for a complete schedule and event details.
BrassChix mission is to encourage high school girls and women of all ages to play a brass instrument. The annual BrassChix forums aim to cultivate a network of peers and mentors among female brass players, through activities designed to engage participants’ music making, and conversations about the rewards of playing a brass instrument.
