PART-TIME / SEASONAL WORKERS NEEDED - Edina, MN
Schmitt Music Edina is looking for part-time, seasonal workers during the months of April, May, June & July.
The ideal candidates will have some combination of the following:
A High School degree or equivalent
Very good communication skills, well-spoken individual
An outgoing, positive and trustworthy demeanor
Experience working with sensitive information
Experience selling a product or service
A background or general knowledge of music theory and/or musical instruments
Ability to follow specific guidelines and attend to accuracy of paperwork
A professional, neat appearance
This work involves travelling, explaining services, and collecting/writing information in a specific manner. The job involves warehousing duties, such as instrument upacking and other instrument preparation.
Generally, shifts are between the hours of 2pm and 10pm on weekdays. Some morning shifts will be available. This time includes travelling within the Twin Cities metro area. Shift lengths vary, but generally last 4 - 6 hours.
Events are at local public schools, our store in Edina, and our warehouse in Brooklyn Center. Locations include but are not limited to: Edina, Shakopee, Prior Lake, Northfield, Brooklyn Center, Inver Grove Heights, and Hastings.
