Both Pat and Brenda studied piano at an early age — Pat in Pittsburgh, PA, and Brenda in Emporia, KS. Both went on to become educators. Pat taught high school math, and Brenda college French. Currently, Pat owns and directs an eighteen piece swing band — Tuxedo Junction: The Sounds of Swing which performs throughout CT, NY, and MA.

After working as house pianist for several CT restaurants, Brenda now plays primarily for clubs and private functions — often joined by bassist Jeff Fuller. She is also a member of Tuxedo Junction.

A two-piano team since 1998, Pat and Brenda have entertained widely. In 2005, their annual concerts became fundraisers for ACKC. This year they will appear in Guilford, CT, and in recital halls in Essex, CT, Philadelphia, PA, Raleigh, NC, Kansas City, KS, and Boulder, CO.
